Senior Project Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled project manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects on time within scope.

This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive individual with a strong understanding of formal project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.
  • Monitor and track project progress, adjusting as needed to meet objectives.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • At least 10.5 years of experience in project management or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience managing remote or cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
