Senior Operations Manager

As a senior operations manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily workflow of your team to ensure maximum capacity and efficiency. This includes managing team member productivity, providing training, and ensuring managerial tasks are completed as per deadline and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating daily workflows to optimize project pool utilization
  • Scheduling adherence for self and team members
  • Effective operations management by mitigating challenges such as absenteeism, erratic workflows, and adhoc requests
  • Maintaining regular communication with cross-functional teams through calls and emails
  • Preparing and submitting timely reports to stakeholders
  • Conducting quality checks on volumes processed by team members
  • Leading daily meetings with team members and providing process updates to maintain quality standards
  • Anticipating client needs and preparing reports accordingly
  • Reviewing quality control feedbacks and implementing improvements to enhance team performance

In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop and mentor team members through leadership and training while completing other managerial tasks required to deliver results on time and to customer satisfaction.

We seek an experienced leader with 5-7 years of work experience in managing teams at BPO/KPO who is proactive in taking up new challenges and has good networking skills across the organization.

This role requires strong oral and written English communication skills, problem-solving ability, and the ability to create a challenging, fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Additionally, you should have very strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet/Intranet, as well as the ability to learn quickly and teach others on process nuances.
