Drive sales growth in industrial safety and plant operations through strategic pipeline management, relationship-building, and tailored solution pitching to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions for client requirements, ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/annual sales targets by leveraging incentives, bonuses, and rapid career growth opportunities.
Requirements:
3-10 years of B2B Sales/Business Development experience in industrial, manufacturing, or automation fields preferred.
Strong client-facing skills to simplify complex technical solutions into business impact.
Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, reporting & pipeline tracking essential.
Experience working with Safety Heads, Plant Managers, or Operations Leaders highly valued.
Target-oriented mindset with readiness to travel as needed.
