Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned growth marketing professional to join our team. As a senior growth marketer, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven strategies and experimentation.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing plans to increase orders and GMV, while improving conversion rates and customer retention.

You will lead a cross-functional growth pod, working closely with product, category, ops, and design teams to execute growth initiatives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, leveraging your analytical skills and business acumen to drive growth and revenue.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • E-commerce native with 3-5 years of experience in growing orders and GMV in a marketplace or B2B commerce setting.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to drive alignment and outcomes across multiple teams.
  • Ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
