Key Responsibilities include reviewing and responding to federal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US government RFPs and experience writing proposals for federal contracts.

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the proposal development lifecycle, including reviews, deadlines, and final submission.

Candidates should also have exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

A strong understanding of the federal acquisition process (FAR/DFAR) is essential, along with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.

Preferred qualifications include APMP certification or Shipley methodology training, as well as experience supporting proposals across multiple industries (IT, staffing, healthcare, logistics, professional services, etc.).

Familiarity with proposal tools (Loopio, RFPIO, etc.) is also beneficial.

  • Review and respond to federal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders

  • Manage the proposal development lifecycle, including reviews, deadlines, and final submission
  • Create and maintain compliance matrices and ensure all submissions meet solicitation requirements
  • Collaborate with capture managers, business development, and technical experts to gather inputs
  • Maintain a library of past performance, resumes, and reusable proposal content
  • Proofread, format, and standardize documents for consistency and compliance
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for winning new business and growing existing client relationships
