- The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Certinia PSA modules and a strong understanding of project management, resource management, and billing workflows.
- They must also have proven expertise in workflow automation within the Certinia ecosystem and knowledge of Salesforce platform basics.
We require a skilled individual who can design, develop and optimize workflows to automate PSA processes and enhance operational efficiency.
The successful applicant will be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions and ensure successful delivery.
In addition, they will integrate the Certinia PSA with other enterprise applications and systems, provide end-user training, create documentation and deliver ongoing system support.
Troubleshooting and resolving functional and technical issues within the PSA platform will also be a key responsibility.
