Job Summary

As a Resource Management Generalist, you will play a key role in monitoring and managing resource utilization across multiple projects and departments.

  • Assist in tracking and analyzing resource allocation records to ensure data accuracy in resource management systems.
  • Coordinate with department leads to identify current and future staffing needs, providing recommendations for optimal resource allocation.
  • Support forecasting resource demand and resolving conflicts to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare reports on resource availability, usage, and performance metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of project resources to maintain efficient workflow.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers to understand staffing and capacity challenges, providing solutions to address these issues.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 4+ years of experience in resource management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other resource management tools, such as Smartsheet and SAP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
