Job Description:

The role requires a team to onboard merchants to the e-commerce platform, providing payment solutions and catering to growing demand.

  • Achieve volume and market share growth
  • Increase sales of bank products in targeted segments
  • Activate and integrate bank products with merchants
  • Retain merchant relationships and prevent poaching
  • Cross-sell bank products to increase penetration
  • Ensure risk monitoring and compliance adherence by merchants
  • Manage channels and train bank staff across different functions
Key Accountabilities:
  • Deliver expected end results through various activities
Expected End Results & Major Activities:
  • Grow credit and debit card volumes through merchants, maximizing bank share
  • Ensure profitability of merchant relationships and manage portfolio effectively
  • Improve current account balances through joint efforts with branches
  • Enhance bank product holding through cross-selling
  • Increase market share and product penetration through effective channel management
  • Protect merchants and bank from malpractice while managing risk and compliance
  • Boost lead generation and conversion rates through training
  • Retain clients through ongoing training and support
