Role and Responsibilities

  • You will own and drive execution of our business-analytics roadmap by demonstrating techno-functional consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Lead client workshops to articulate broad vision and ambiguous business problems to be solved through data science and AI.
  • Define business problems concisely, consolidate findings, hypothesize proposed solutions, measure, and articulate how solutions improve clients' objectives.
  • Liaise with customers, present solutions convincingly, and independently question customers when required.
  • Perform a role involving hands-on contribution, customer engagement, and team management.
  • Contribute to organization building through training, mentoring, and developing repeatable analytic approaches.

Mandated Profile

  • Business consulting experience in FP&A, Zero Base Budgeting, and related finance themes.
  • Proven exceptional problem-solving analytical skills with an ability to blend creativity and logical thought.
  • Ability to develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis.
  • Experience in strategy and business/technology consulting roles conversant with process improvement, cost optimization, customer analytics, and experience management.
  • Demonstrated sustained client relations management experience at a C-suite or leadership level.

  • Understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms.
