Business Central Consultant Role

This is a senior-level client-facing consulting role focused on delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. You'll work closely with clients to guide them through discovery, design, implementation, and post-go-live support, leveraging your deep product knowledge and consulting experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on Business Central functionality and capabilities.
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client business processes, pain points, and goals.
  • Translate business requirements into tailored Business Central solutions.
  • Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution architecture.
  • Manage full-cycle Business Central implementations, including configuration, testing, training, and support.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV), including full-cycle implementations.
  • Proven ability to lead client engagements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Business Central modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power BI, SQL Server, SharePoint) is a plus.
