Job Title: Senior BPM Architect

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to lead the architectural direction for mission-critical technology programs. As a senior business process management (BPM) architect, you will be responsible for designing and governing scalable architectures using front-end engineering and cloud-native architectures.

  • Design and Govern Scalable Architectures: Lead the design and governance of scalable architectures using front-end engineering and cloud-native architectures.
  • Define Integration Blueprints: Define integration blueprints that connect digital systems with core industry platforms via REST, FHIR, HL7, or API gateways.
  • Architect Microservices-Based Solutions: Architect microservices-based solutions with appropriate separation of concerns, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Define Data Architecture Decisions: Define and guide data architecture decisions, including real-time integration, event-driven design, and use of cloud-native data stores.

The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background in integration architecture, web-scale application development, and data architecture. You should have experience in Pega Low-Code-Approach using Pega App Studio, Pega DCO, and Appian. Additionally, you should be able to conduct elaboration sessions and work with project teams to provide expert advice on business requirements and how to best express requirements and design based on industry knowledge.

">Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 12-18 Years of IT Experience: Have at least 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture or lead solution architecture roles.
  • Scalable Front-End and Backend Development: Have strong understanding of scalable front-end and backend development, including React.js, Redux, Webpack, Responsive UI, Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
  • Strong Understanding of Integration Architecture: Have strong understanding of integration architecture, including RESTful services, FHIR/HL7, event-driven design, Kafka or similar, API gateways, integration middleware, microservices, messaging, queuing, API patterns, etc.
  • Expertise in Various Integration Approaches: Have expertise in various integration approaches, such as microservices, messaging, queuing, API patterns, etc.
  • Strong Knowledge Across Variety of Skills: Have strong knowledge across a variety of skills, including J2EE, .Net, Oracle, DB2, and MS/SQL.

Additional qualifications include LSA certification, experience with data architecture patterns operational data stores, data lakes, near-real-time streaming, data APIs, working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), container-based architectures (Docker, Kubernetes), and strong grasp of enterprise security, compliance, and high-availability architectures for regulated domains like healthcare.
