Financial Growth Lead

This is an opportunity to drive profitable growth and lead business finance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial management, pricing strategy, and advanced financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Profitable Growth: Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Corporate Finance teams to drive revenue growth across the region.
  • Pricing Strategy: Oversee pricing for complex deals to ensure optimal sizing, compliance, and margin safeguards.
  • End-to-End P&L Management: Own the end-to-end profit and loss statement for assigned business units; review financial performance monthly with Business/Function Heads.
  • Annual Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting cycle and monthly forecasting exercises, incorporating revenue, costs, FX, and regional dynamics.
  • Financial Insights: Deliver actionable financial insights to business leaders; support strategic planning, GTM initiatives, and investment decisions.

Requirements:

  • Financial Expertise: Strong expertise in financial management, pricing strategy, and advanced financial modeling.
  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of IT/technology services business models, including managed services and outsourcing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools.
  • Qualifications: CA is mandatory. 8–12 years of progressive experience in business finance roles within medium/large IT/software/services organizations.
