As a seasoned financial expert, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day treasury operations and ensuring efficient fund management. This includes monitoring company funds, forecasting payment obligations, and maintaining adequate liquidity at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cash flow monitoring, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor and manage the company's liquidity position to ensure sufficient funds are available for daily operational and payment needs.
- Coordinate with internal departments for payment planning and forecasting.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and mutual fund partners.
- Optimize returns on surplus funds through short-term investments in accordance with company policy.
- Track and report on fund utilization, bank balances, and investment performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare regular treasury reports and dashboards for senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Treasury Operations / Fund Management.
- Experience working in Mutual Funds, Banks, or Financial Institutions is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, cash management, and liquidity forecasting.
- Proficient in MS Excel and financial systems/tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
