Program Management Career Opportunity

Manage the delivery of software engineering projects and programs. Partner with engineering, product, and internal business teams to ensure understanding of priorities, execution visibility, project delivery, and achievement of targeted outcomes.

The ideal candidate will manage program statuses, financial forecasts, risk tracking, team member communications, and ensure process compliance.

You will report to a senior leadership role and follow a hybrid working schedule.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute program strategies and plans.
  • Define and manage the scope, goals, and roadmap of software programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects and allocate resources.
  • Coordinate efforts across multiple software development teams and technical team members.
  • Facilitate milestone planning and progress tracking.
  • Ensure transparency throughout the program lifecycle by maintaining open communication channels.
  • Maintain accurate records of program progress, issues, and risks.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in program or project management in software engineering or a related technical field.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or equivalent.
