SDET Engineer / Software Engineer in Test

Our organization is looking for a skilled software engineer in test (SDET) to collaborate with our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining automation test suites using Java, Selenium, and Rest-Assured frameworks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end testing strategies across releases.
  • Define robust test data management plans.
  • Guarantee high-quality project deliverables through thorough testing.
  • Analyze requirements and estimate testing resource needs.
  • Plan and manage test execution efficiently.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of SDET experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in automation frameworks, particularly Java, Selenium, and Rest-Assured.
  • Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), specifically Java.
  • Ability to analyze complex requirements and estimate testing time and resources effectively.
  • Skilled in designing, planning, and executing comprehensive test cases.
  • Experience in defining and implementing effective test data strategies.
  • Proven ability to assign and manage tasks across testing teams.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to drive team productivity and quality outcomes.
