Static Equipment Engineer

PES ENGINEERING provides specialized technical services to the Oil & Gas industry, delivering high-quality engineering solutions that meet the highest standards of performance and safety.

We are currently seeking a Static Equipment Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of international design codes (ASME, API, TEMA, WRC, etc.) and experience in designing pressure vessels for the O&G industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and analyzing contractual documentation within their area of expertise.
  • Ensuring the implementation of reference standards/specifications relating to Static Equipment.
  • Acting as project specialist leader for assigned projects.
  • Defining and planning methods for developing the engineering discipline.
  • Executing or supervising the overall process of defining specifications for pressure vessels.

The candidate should have a degree in engineering, preferably mechanical, and familiarity with technical English. Experience in using PV Elite or Compress programs is also required.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Work experience in the layout of plants and pressure vessels for the O&G industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of international design codes (ASME, API, TEMA, WRC, etc.).
  • Familiarity with codes, standards, and recommended practices for static equipment.
  • Ability to outline design packages.
  • Knowledge of Autopipe Vessel (optional).
