Job Overview

This role is focused on leading global projects to drive strategic initiatives and enhance our ESG performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the ESG Strategy & Intelligence team to develop and implement effective engagement strategies with ESG raters, rankers, and standards.
  • Analyze requirements of standards, raters, rankers, and reporting standards to assess internal performance and identify gaps for mitigation.
  • Lead the collection of requests from selected raters and rankers, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Oversee ESG reporting in accordance with current and future reporting standards and frameworks.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends relevant to ESG, applying insights to inform business decisions.
  • Conduct periodic benchmarks to measure progress and areas for improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an international business environment.
  • Experience in print and digital production management, including production planning, design, proof-reading, quality control, print, vendor management, budget management, and administration.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in managing business processes and strategy development.
  • Solid understanding of corporate sustainability and ESG reporting standards, raters, and rankers.
  • Solid experience in environmental data analysis and energy forecasting.
  • Proven skills in project and portfolio management.
  • Experience in corporate annual reporting.
  • Experience working or studying abroad, or in international environments.
