Job Overview

As a Global Project Lead, you will be responsible for working closely with the ESG Strategy & Intelligence team to engage with ESG raters, rankers, and standards. Your key objective will be to analyze potential requirements of these stakeholders and assess internal performance and approach to mitigating gaps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with ESG raters, rankers, and standards through regular communication and updates.
  • Lead the continuous collection of requests from selected raters and rankers.
  • Oversee ESG reporting from current and future reporting standards and frameworks.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends relevant to ESG.
  • Conduct periodic benchmarks to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.

Additionally, you will lead the development of business processes and strategies that align with our corporate sustainability goals and ESG reporting standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and deliver results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in an international business environment.
  • Experience in print and digital production management, including production planning, design, proof-reading, quality control, print, vendor management, budget management, and administration.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in managing business processes and strategy development.
  • Solid understanding of corporate sustainability and ESG reporting standards, raters, and rankers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience from working or studying abroad, or in international environments.
