Job Opportunity:

  • This role involves leading ESG initiatives and sustainability efforts within an organization.

About the Job:

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) team.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in the ESG or sustainability domain.

Skill Requirements:

  • Familiarity with various sustainability reporting standards such as GRI Standards, DJSI, MSCI, TCFD, SASB and CDP.
  • Knowledge of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission accounting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to collaborate with different teams across various geographic locations.
  • A strong desire and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Familiarity with the evolving landscape of sustainability and emissions-related regulations worldwide.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain ESG / Sustainability Reports.
  • Review and periodically revise materiality analysis reports.
  • Conduct identification and assessment of climate-related risks and opportunities aligned with TCFD recommendations.
  • Develop Climate Action and Strategy.
  • Review and monitor Supplier ESG performance.
  • Monitor and review ESMS implementation.

Education and Qualification:

  • Post-graduate degree in Environment Science, Environment Management, or a related field of Sustainability.
