About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Schedule Coordinator to join our team. As a Schedule Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing schedules for various projects and tasks.

 

About You

  • You have a B. Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • You have 1-3 years of experience in oil industries or refinery environment.
  • You have expertise in maintenance of heavy equipment in overhead refinery (Rotary & Static).
  • You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and managing schedules for various projects and tasks.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all updates and activity monitoring.
  • Continuously monitoring ongoing tasks by inspecting equipment at regular intervals.
  • Fostering good relationships with contractors and collaborating for timely updates on maintenance work.

 

Work Timings

  • Day/Night shifts (12 hours each)
