Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a ServiceNow FSM Specialist. This is a permanent position with opportunities for career growth and advancement.

As a ServiceNow FSM Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) solutions tailored to business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for FSM processes, design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, and provide support and training to end-users.

Key responsibilities include:

• Configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow FSM solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for FSM processes
• Customize FSM applications and modules based on best practices
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems
• Develop and maintain scripts to enhance platform functionality
• Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow FSM applications
• Conduct training sessions for end-users
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides

Required qualifications include a strong understanding of ServiceNow development and administration, proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL, experience with ITIL processes and Service Management frameworks, and preferred qualifications including ServiceNow FSM certification and knowledge of other ServiceNow modules.

Benefits include 100% salary hike at minimum and a joining bonus. Work hours are Monday to Friday and IST hours are preferred. Minimum graduation and good communication skills are required. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to stay updated on ServiceNow product updates and new features relevant to FSM.
