**ServiceNow Platform Manager**

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Manager to oversee the administration, optimization, and strategic direction of our ServiceNow platform.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading system administration, platform upgrades, automation, catalog design, workflow optimization, and stakeholder engagement across HR, IT, and Facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, FSM, ITOM, and ITAM. They will possess expertise in Flow Designer, scripting, ACLs, and integration.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have strong experience with metrics, SLAs, upgrades, scoped apps, and data handling. They will be able to drive automation, performance tracking, and cross-functional workflows.

The role requires excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and vendors.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years' experience with ServiceNow modules
  • Expertise in Flow Designer, scripting, ACLs, and integration
  • Strong experience with metrics, SLAs, upgrades, scoped apps, and data handling
