Job Opportunity

 

The successful candidate will lead our team as a key member of the HR department. This critical role oversees all aspects of human resources, including strategic planning, talent management, performance management, employee management, learning & development, data analysis, industrial relations, and statutory compliance.

 

This role includes:

  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing HR strategies to align with business objectives.
  • Talent Management: Recruiting, retaining, and developing top talent within the organization.
  • Performance Evaluation: Overseeing performance evaluation, training, and development programs.
  • Employee Engagement: Fostering a positive work environment, promoting diversity and inclusion, and ensuring employee well-being.
  • Learning & Development: Designing and delivering training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing HR metrics and providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Industrial Relations: Managing labor laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
