Seeking a results-driven HR Leader to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement and organizational development initiatives. Key responsibilities include supporting business growth through strategic workforce planning, developing effective recruiting strategies, and enhancing onboarding processes.

Talent Acquisition & Retention
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast staffing needs aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
  • Implement innovative onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly and stay engaged.
Culture & Employee Experience
  • Champion the organization's mission, values, and vision in daily HR practices.
  • Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, recognition, and satisfaction.
  • Facilitate team-building activities and programs that reinforce a positive company culture.
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Oversee core HR functions such as employee records, policy updates, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations with professionalism and fairness.
Performance & Development
  • Support managers in implementing performance management processes (reviews, feedback, development plans).
  • Help design and roll out learning and development programs to upskill employees.
  • Identify leadership development opportunities to support internal promotion and succession planning.
Strategic HR Initiatives
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Proactively identify HR-related issues and propose scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to change management and organizational design as the organization evolves.

Ideal Candidate:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
  • 5–8 years HR experience with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of Indian compliance and ability to work with international teams.
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
