Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Business Growth and Client Relations

Our ideal candidate will drive new business growth, lead end-to-end sales and client relations for IT services firms in the GCC region. The successful applicant will be responsible for acquiring new logos independently and with a team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Target individual revenue of 4 Cr and team revenue of 15Cr through order booking and acquisitions
  • Grow portfolio business to 3X in the next 4 years by leveraging industry connections and relationships
  • Build and develop high-performing sales teams that deliver results

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of working and achieving sales targets while leading a team of sales professionals
  • Experience in e2e sales process for IT services firms in India - lead generation, proposal, closure and mining
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
