Strategic Business Partnering Manager for Livspace

Livspace is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships with channel partners in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can build strong relationships with our channel partners and drive business growth through effective account management.
- You will be responsible for acquiring new channel partners and managing existing ones to ensure a continuous flow of high-quality leads.
- Your primary goal will be to develop a robust network of real estate brokers in designated zones and foster partnerships that drive revenue growth.
- Regular visits to channel partners will be necessary to build trust and influence over the network.
- You will work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure channel partner satisfaction and follow up with internal team members to ensure timely action on customer requests.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in working with real estate channel partners is mandatory.
- A Graduation or similar qualification is required.
- You should have good working knowledge of real estate brokers and their business.
- Great sales skills, with a knack for connecting with channel partners and end customers alike, are essential.
- A valid two-wheeler license is necessary for regular visits to channel partners.
- Conversational proficiency in English and Hindi or the regional language is a must.
- Highly motivated individuals who are target-driven are preferred.
Estimated Salary: ₹12 Lacs - ₹18 Lacs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is an estimate based on industry standards and the requirements of the role.
