Job Title: Sr. Manager

Are you a seasoned professional looking for a challenging role that leverages your expertise in Learning Management Systems and Content Development? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Manager who can drive our organization's learning initiatives forward.

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Manager to oversee the administration of our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing user accounts, permissions, and training trainers on the LMS tool.
  • This role also involves uploading, organizing, and maintaining digital learning content within the LMS.
  • Analyses, updates, and refines existing online content to ensure it meets our organizational standards.
  • Create and manage learning dashboards to provide insights into employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and curation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each department.
  • Managing and updating our training content repository to ensure it remains current and relevant.
  • Collaborating with external vendors to develop high-quality e-learning modules.
  • Crafting byte-sized learning modules, preferably video-based, for new topics to trainers and outlet teams as required.
Requirements:
  • MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Hospitality experience is an added advantage.
  • Fluency in English language is essential.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PPT, WORD, EXCEL).
  • Experience in using Canva and video-making software (VYOND, Articulate, etc.).
  • A flair for content writing and development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and logical skills.
  • Vendor management and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentation skills.
