Job Overview

The AI Engineer develops, automates, and deploys machine learning pipelines across cloud environments.

This role emphasizes building reproducible workflows, integrating observability tools, and enabling efficient model delivery. It supports AI systems in banking environments where resilience and reliability are paramount.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience with strong programming skills in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Python for building, training, and maintaining models.
  • Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, Glue, CloudWatch.
  • Experience with container workflows and model lifecycle management.
  • Foundational knowledge of observability practices and model deployment fundamentals.
  • Interest or experience in supporting AI systems used by developers.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to assume ownership of assignments.

Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and maintain machine learning models using AWS services.
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize model performance.
  • Assist in building and maintaining internal model-serving platforms.
  • Implement containerized services using Docker and deploy them to AWS infrastructure.
  • Write Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.
  • Participate in unit and end-to-end testing of machine learning pipelines.
  • Support model monitoring and health tracking using CloudWatch.
  • Document internal systems and operational processes.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Python, pandas, SQL, and ML frameworks like scikit-learn.
  • Experience with RAG applications.
  • Knowledge of observability tools and metrics.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
