We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our data science team and leverage raw data to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, with expertise in statistical analysis and model development.

The role involves guiding the data science team, planning projects, and crafting analytics models that align with our strategic objectives. We require someone who can identify, develop, and implement appropriate statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to address business challenges across various domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy scalable solutions using advanced statistical techniques, algorithms, and deep learning/Machine Learning models.
  • Define, develop, maintain, and evolve data models, tools, and capabilities.
  • Communicate findings through visualizations and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Provide solutions for object detection, image recognition, natural language processing, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and more.
  • Build, train, and lead a team of data scientists and follow agile methodologies for delivering project milestones.
  • Mine and analyze data to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques, and business strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. degree in Math, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • 6+ years of experience in data science or a related position, with expertise in computer vision, NLP, and predictive analytics.
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
  • Programming background and expertise in languages like Python, R, C, or C++.
  • Strong individual planning and project management skills, able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Self-motivated and driven to deliver agreed results on-time.
  • Ability to convert analytical output into clear, concise, and persuasive insights & recommendations for technical & non-technical audience.
