Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a talented AI specialist to join our team in Mumbai. This is an onsite role for immediate joiners.

About the Role

This position involves designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence models for real-world applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML models, working with language models, optimizing pipelines, and contributing to scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy AI/ML models for various applications.
  • Work on natural language processing, computer vision, predictive analytics, and other related areas.
  • Optimize machine learning pipelines for performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, data engineers, and product managers.
  • Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML and suggest improvements for implementation.
  • Conduct experiments, validate results, and integrate solutions into production.
  • Troubleshoot, monitor, and improve deployed models.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Experience working with language models and fine-tuning large models.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning pipelines, data preprocessing, and deployment frameworks (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI/ML deployment.
  • Good understanding of software development practices, Git, CI/CD.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
