Responsibilities:- Handle the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees
- Conduct thorough employee orientation sessions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR policies and benefits
- Organize regular team-building activities and wellness initiatives
- Oversee attendance, leave, and time-off management for employees
- Manage the overall office environment, ensuring it is clean, safe, and well-organized
- Coordinate with IT services for employee equipment and systems
- Arrange travel arrangements and logistics as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Minimum 0-1 year experience required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
