About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill this challenging Senior Project Manager position.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain open communication with all stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
  • Facilitate site visits, client meetings, and vendor coordination as necessary.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members in their professional development.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including project files, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
  • Implement process improvements, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance project efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate commercial/SoW-related issues, resolving conflicts through negotiation and diplomacy.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Foster strong relationships with asset management teams, facilitating smooth project handovers and timely clearance of observations.
  • Support project teams in resolving site/client-related issues, providing expertise and guidance as needed.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with ESG standards and delivering high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes, guaranteeing excellent project outcomes.
  • Deliver essential safety training to vendors, promoting incident-free project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration)
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the energy sector
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and project management tools
