Job Title:
Customer Account Specialist
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Account Specialist to act as a single point of contact for internal and external customers in the IMEA region. This role will involve learning commercial knowledge, business, and products to provide expert support.
Responsibilities Include:
- Proficient in SAP SD (Order Management Process) and fluent in English.
- Significant customer relations experience in complex international and ever-changing environments.
- Export Order Management Exposure.
- Handling of Order Management process in an international work environment.
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role:
- Bachelor Degree with 2 – 4 years of Customer Service Experience or similar Positions.
- ERP SAP SD Module Exposure.
