The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing GTM tools, especially Salesforce, HubSpot, and at least 2-3 other platforms such as Apollo, Clay, Chili Piper, or Gong. A strong understanding of B2B revenue operations, sales, marketing, and customer success is also essential.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Optimizing our GTM tech stack, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient workflows
  • Serving as a SFDC administrator and power user, managing workflows, fields, objects, and automation
  • Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and CS teams to design and implement processes that support lead routing, scoring, attribution, pipeline hygiene, and reporting
  • Building and maintaining reports and dashboards to track key metrics such as pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience managing GTM tools, especially Salesforce, HubSpot, and at least 2-3 other platforms such as Apollo, Clay, Chili Piper, or Gong
  • Strong understanding of B2B revenue operations, sales, marketing, and customer success
  • Hands-on SFDC admin experience with the ability to build and troubleshoot workflows, custom fields, automation, and integrations
  • Analytical mindset with knowledge of dashboards, attribution, and pipeline metrics
