Key Responsibilities- Growth Experiments: Develop, execute, and optimize experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention to drive business growth.
- Customer Acquisition: Utilize cold outreach, partnerships, content distribution, and creative campaigns to spark meaningful conversations with prospects.
- Data Analysis: Track key metrics, analyze performance, and pivot quickly to amplify successful strategies.
- Content Creation: Craft compelling content (emails, posts, one-pagers, case studies) that resonates with our audience and fosters trust.
- Community Engagement: Leverage online forums, social channels, and relevant communities to increase visibility and build brand awareness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with founders, product, and marketing teams to translate growth insights into actionable product enhancements and targeted campaigns.
- A self-starter with a passion for solving complex problems using creativity and persistence.
- Resourcefulness and an outcome-oriented mindset: You excel at getting things done without waiting for perfect conditions.
- A willingness to learn rapidly in areas such as AI, SaaS, and marketing technology.
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities and wear multiple hats throughout the day.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong desire to drive growth, experiment with new approaches, and witness tangible results.
- 1–3 years of experience in a growth-related function
- A solid grasp of digital marketing fundamentals, including funnels, conversion rates, and paid/organic growth levers.
- An analytical mindset, comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and interpreting data-driven insights.
- Willingness to engage in proactive outreach efforts, prospecting, and other initiatives that drive growth.
- Bonus: experience in SaaS, B2B marketing, or AI tools can be beneficial but not required.
