Role Overview

This role involves working on growth and operational tasks for our Mumbai-based team.

  • We're looking for someone to build and maintain dashboards using Google Sheets and other tools to drive data-informed decisions.
  • The successful candidate will apply AI tools to accelerate workflows and improve output quality across growth tasks.
  • They will design, document, and optimize operational processes to identify bottlenecks and propose standard operating procedures.
  • The role requires coordination of day-to-day operations and ensuring deliverables are met with documented SOPs and checklists.
  • The ideal candidate will standardize and optimize processes through root-cause analysis, metrics reviews, and continuous improvement experiments.
  • Operational hygiene will be maintained by organizing documentation and upholding compliance across workflows.
Requirements

The following skills and qualifications are required:

  • Strong technical and analytical skills to assess, maintain, and understand processes.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred from a reputable institution.
  • Familiarity with film/video production and AI tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and interaction with team members.
  • Growth hacking expertise to identify and implement innovative growth strategies.
  • Proficiency in project management to manage and execute projects effectively.
  • Interest or experience in the media-tech industry is a plus.
