Sales Promotion Representative Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Promotion Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to promote our products and services while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives
  • Achieve daily and monthly call targets as set by management
  • Provide feedback to management on customer responses and market trends

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus
