The role of a Technical Sales Executive at Automate Business offers a unique opportunity for growth and development. Located in Gurugram, this full-time position requires a passionate individual who can excel in sales and drive business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. Proficiency in English is essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members to achieve results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the internal team. This includes taking regular follow-ups for closing deals, updating CRM with inquiry status, and providing video call demos to clients.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with patience and calmness when handling clients. A graduate degree in IT or B-Tech is preferred, along with experience in telecalling and a maximum of one year as a Sales Executive.
