Job Title: Senior Human Resources Professional

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Generalist to oversee various HR operations, drive talent acquisition and foster a positive organisational culture.

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts, sourcing interviewing and hiring top talent for various roles within the real estate sector. This includes identifying and recruiting exceptional candidates who share our values and are passionate about delivering outstanding results.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues provide guidance on HR policies and ensure a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution techniques.
  • HR Policies: Craft and implement comprehensive HR policies across the organisation that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems including appraisals feedback mechanisms and employee development plans that align with business goals and enhance organisational effectiveness.
  • HR Strategy: Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that support business objectives and drive organisational growth.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation planning and benefits administration ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures that attract and retain top talent.
  • Training & Development: Design and implement training programs to address skill gaps and support employee growth and career development.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws regulations and company policies handle audits and reporting as needed to maintain a positive organisational culture.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field A master's degree or HR certification is a plus.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience working in an HR generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws specific to the real estate sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations and performance issues.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on aligning HR practices with business objectives.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to think critically in order to resolve complex HR issues efficiently and effectively.

They should also possess strong analytical and decision-making skills to inform data-driven decisions that drive organisational success.
