Overview

As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining mission-critical databases. You will ensure high availability, performance and security while collaborating with multiple teams to drive database efficiency and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for MongoDB administration and database best practices.
  • Install, configure and maintain database management systems.
  • Monitor database performance and implement optimizations.
  • Develop and maintain backup, recovery and disaster recovery processes.
  • Ensure security protocols, data protection and compliance measures are in place.
  • Collaborate across teams to provide solutions and support critical business applications.
  • Assist in the development of database policies and procedures.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced individual with a strong understanding of database design principles and best practices. The ideal candidate should have expertise in backup, recovery and replication strategies, familiarity with query optimization and database performance tuning, and knowledge of database security protocols and data protection measures.

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on MongoDB administration experience.

Nice-to-Have Skills
