About the Job

• We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer who can conduct detailed analysis and evaluation of existing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending appropriate solutions.
• The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement process optimization strategies.
• Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with Industrial Engineering, Production and Quality assurance teams to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing process performance metrics, such as cycle time, yield and scrap rate and developing strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Additionally, you will identify and implement process control measures, including statistical process control (SPC) techniques, to ensure consistent quality and reduce process variation.
• Your technical expertise will be invaluable in providing support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve process-related issues and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• You will lead process validation activities, including protocol development, execution and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• As part of our team, you will participate in cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions and preventive measures.
• You will also provide training and guidance to production teams on processes, procedures and equipment to ensure successful implementation and operation.
• Lastly, you will stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in process engineering technologies, methodologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization: Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time and improve product quality.

Requirements
