
Senior Growth Relationship Manager

The role of an Account Manager is pivotal in driving customer retention and expansion for a leading technology company. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term strategic relationships with key business executives and stakeholders across the APAC & EMEA region.
With a focus on growth, the Account Manager will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling the company's solutions while ensuring customers achieve their desired business outcomes.
\Responsibilities\- Manage a diverse portfolio of customers representing a range of backgrounds and maturity levels.
- Facilitate continuous value realization for customers, ensuring revenue retention and reduced churn rate, with a major focus on expansion.
- Onboard new customers, establish review cadence, and execute tailored solutions to ensure maximum value delivery.
- Develop and execute a customer relationship strategy to drive loyalty and create a referenceable pool of customers.
- Lead cross-functional coordination between sales, product, customer support, and solution engineering teams.
For this role, we seek a results-driven professional with exceptional communication skills and relevant experience in account management or a related field at a high-tech or SaaS company. The ideal candidate must possess:
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of overall work experience, preferably in a high-growth industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in identifying and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
