Platform Engineering Director Role

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Senior Director to lead our Platform Engineering function. This leader will shape internal developer platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency across infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

About the Position:

This role requires a seasoned technical leader who can define and execute the strategic vision for the Platform Engineering organization. The ideal candidate will build, scale, and manage internal developer platforms, driving adoption, ease of use, and measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive platform strategy, aligning with business goals and engineering best practices.
  • Oversee the design, development, and support of CI/CD, container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), observability, service mesh, and cloud-native infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with application teams, SRE, security, and DevOps to promote a consistent, automated, and secure developer experience.
