This role is for a seasoned Master Data Management (MDM) professional with extensive expertise in Oracle MDM Product Information Management (PIM) and Enterprise Data Quality (EDQP) product suites. The ideal candidate will be adept at mapping business processes, designing solutions, and ensuring smooth delivery of MDM operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with key end-users and business owners to map applications to standard business processes and conduct gap analysis, including constructing and facilitating workshops.
  • Review and provide solution options for MDM services and service interface designs.
  • Perform and ensure smooth deliveries for MDM operations.
  • Design and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) for EDQ connectors, mainly CDH-EDQ and JDE-EDQ.
  • Guide teams on complex design and configurations.
  • Actively coordinate with cross-functional teams across different geographies.
  • Proactively address and resolve incidents and service requests from various teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Solid working experience with Oracle MDM PIM and EDQP product suite of applications.
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle PIM PDH, CDH, and EDQP applications.
  • Proficiency in customization and configurations of Oracle MDM.
  • Experience in Oracle PIM/PLM Modules like INV, EGO, FND.
  • Working experience in PIM features such as Bulk Item Imports, Migrations, Data Imports, UDAs, Import Workbench, Product Workbench, Role-Based Security, and Business Events.
  • Experience in SDLC life cycle activities including Requirement Analysis, Design, Process Flows, Fit/Gap Analysis, Solution Design, CRP, and Testing.
  • Good knowledge of various master data management products.
  • Well-versed with workflow concepts defined in MDM, with expertise in troubleshooting MDM tools.
  • Relevant experience as an Oracle MDM Consultant.
