About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Lead who can efficiently manage client relationships and deliver results-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and maintaining long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery across campaigns, digital initiatives, and creative assets to ensure seamless execution and successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with client goals and objectives.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and budgets effectively to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and present actionable insights to clients to inform strategic decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and expand client relationships through strategic planning and creative solutions.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • 6–7 years of proven experience in account management within advertising, creative, or digital agencies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate concepts and think critically.
  • Solid leadership skills with experience managing teams and leading cross-functional collaborations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market trends and industry developments.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
