Job Title: Oracle Database Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and upgrade of Oracle database software.

Your responsibilities will include applying quarterly patches for Grid and Oracle home, managing multi-tenant databases, configuring and maintaining standby databases, and monitoring database performance to implement optimization strategies.

You will also ensure database security and compliance with organizational policies, perform regular backups and recovery operations, collaborate with developers to design and implement database solutions, troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptly, develop and maintain database documentation and standards, and plan and execute database migrations and upgrades.

In addition, you will set up and maintain Oracle Golden Gate synchronization, identify and implement best practices for Oracle Golden Gate sync and performance issues, manage user creation and access, and plan storage capacity to ensure ASM and tablespace are maintained under threshold.

Key skills required include experience with RAC, Golden Gate, and Exadata, as well as strong knowledge of database security, compliance, and optimization strategies.
