Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality and timely design solutions for adidas retail stores.

This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all design solutions adhere to construction standards, safety regulations, and adidas design guidelines.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in architecture and retail design, with experience in developing detailed design drawings, zoning plans, elevations, and façades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design solutions that meet the needs of adidas retail stores.
  • Collaborate with Omni-channel teams on bubble plans, zoning, and digital consumer journey layouts.
  • Design non-standard marketing zones and lighting plans to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain consistency of layouts and façades across markets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • 4–8 years of professional experience in architecture and retail design
  • Industry background in retail sporting goods, fashion, or FMCG preferred
  • Exposure to cross-functional areas such as business development, IT, retail operations, or supply chain
