AI Expertise in Retail

We are seeking an experienced AI expert to spearhead the application of advanced AI/ML in the retail space. With a strong background in data science, you will design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI systems that drive measurable business impact.

As an AI expert, your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading initiatives in agentic AI, LLMs, computer vision, and neural architectures.
  • Fostering innovation and best practices in AI/ML among a team of data scientists.
  • Exploring, designing, and deploying agentic AI architectures for multi-agent collaboration and autonomous decision-making.
  • Experimenting with and operationalizing Large Language Models for domain adaptation and agent integration.
  • Advancing product recognition, OCR, embedding-based similarity, and visual transformers for catalog accuracy and image-based search.
  • Architecting and deploying robust data pipelines and real-time AI services for large-scale retail datasets.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 10+ years of proven experience in Data Science with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or C++ with expertise in ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
  • Deep expertise in transformers, BERT, GPT-based architectures, and neural networks.
  • Hands-on experience in computer vision (CNNs, visual transformers, OCR, multimodal embeddings).
  • Experience with LLMs and Agentic AI, including fine-tuning and deploying LLMs at scale, building multi-agent AI systems, and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.
  • Strong foundation in data engineering and scalable systems.
  • Domain expertise in retail & e-commerce ecosystems.
