Workday Consultant Opportunity

As a Workday consultant, you will be working with customers to define requirements, develop and deploy solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs and leveraging your expertise to provide recommendations and develop solutions.

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Workday design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Manage multiple projects in various phases, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements and provide recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active Workday certification in HCM functional modules.
  • Hands-on experience in implementation or support.
  • Detailed understanding of HCM processes.
  • Strong consulting and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing requirements under multiple deadlines.

Travel and Work Environment:

As a Workday consultant, you will be required to travel to client sites as needed. The work environment will typically include a typical climate-controlled office environment while on Collaborative Solutions property. Most clients will have similar environments, but Collaborative Solutions cannot make any guarantees about client site environmental conditions.
