Job Title: SAP HCM Consultant

This role involves leading end-to-end HCM implementations and support projects, ensuring strong client-facing skills and business communication. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, team player, and open to domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and configuring SAP HCM modules, including PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, Benefits, Pensions, and HR-FI Integration.
  • Providing expertise in payroll schema definition, wage type configuration, third-party remittance, off-cycle payroll, custom operations, and rules creation.
  • Configuring ESS-MSS, interfaces, and Fiori apps to meet business requirements.
  • Integrating SAP HCM with S/4 HANA, Workday, SuccessFactors, and third-party systems.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP HCM, with hands-on knowledge of payroll/time schemas and rules for at least one country (Qatar, Saudi Arabia, or Dubai).
  • Experience with system configuration aligned to Solution Design & Configuration Workbook/Business Blueprint.
  • SAP HCM SuccessFactors Employee Central experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in BE/BTech/MCA/MBA with 3-5 years of relevant industry experience is an added advantage.
